Message an admin or mod?

The Mods and Admins I think are capable of doing it, but don't count on it.

 

(that is, don't count on them being willing to do it, not that they are lazy, just busy)

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

I'm sure a mod or an admin can do it but i'm sure they have more important things it might be easier just to make a new account.
