You should rather get a more powerful single GPU. At the lower end GPUs crossfire is not worth it. Because it has low Vram and running 2 1080p monitors in games would make the 270s run out of vram

It can be depending on pricing. Is your 270's performance unsatisfactory?

It will be great. Don't over clock them on a 750w psu

An oc'ed 270 cf easily runs off of a decent 600w--there's little reason why they shouldn't be oc'ed.
