Not really sure if this is a bad mount or not... I know my cooler works, but my CPU temps in HWmonitor keep jumping around from as low as 14c to like 34 (max section, anyway) usually going from like 26 then reducing to 14, then redoing it after a few moments. Whats going on? Is my CPU sensor broken or is it a bad mount?

But first, let's talk about parallel universes.

AMD's processors don't have temperature sensors and use an algorithm to get the temperature instead, they generally aren't accurate until under load (this is just what I've heard, so don't take my word for it).

Yup broken temperature readings are common on AMD CPUs. Dont worry about the temps as long as you have decent cooling.
