Gaming/ Light Editing PC

I plan to build a PC in a while, and I need some feedback on which parts to use. So far, this is what I've come up with:
 

CPU: AMD FX-8350

GPU: Gigabyte Windforce 3X GTX 970

RAM: 8 GB HyperX RAM, will upgrade later on

SSD: V300 Kingston SSD

HDD: 1 TB Caviar Green

PSU: Seasonic M12ii 520

Case: NZXT H440

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Motherboard: MSI Gaming 970

 

Are better options for something around this price range?

I believe if you want to go all the way SLI you'll have to go with Intel, and 3 way isn't really recommended 2 way 980 would be a better choice Linus said it in this video I suggest you watch this one. From what I know 8350 would bottleneck them anyway and you can't SLI on MSI 970 only 2 way crossfire I believe. Budget would also be great just like @thekeemo suggested

I think some might think when he writes "Windforce 3X gtx 970" that they think its three graphics cards, not the actual name.

 

It's fairly balanced, but I would like to see what budget you have.

Id'e go with a 4790K, and a different Motherboard... Editing times should be much faster...

Looks good  to me too just be aware of the V300 it speed now is less than advertised, go with  another SSD at the same price and size if you can.
