can this pc stream skyrim?

the only mod i do if i do any would be the texture mod you get for free on steam 

you should still be able to run it on high with a few mods and have a decent experience. just dont go too crazy on the mods. The only bottle neck would be your cpu for streaming. But you will just have to test it out. You picked wonderful parts for a budget pc. It for sure beats both the ps4 and xboxone in specs.

the parts themselves can run skyrim (on low) but for dont think about streaming until you get to 8320 level

well i have my build and i can stream skyrim on 60 FPS on high settings

look for hot deals btw on the forum. basically you could get a r9 280 for less than that 265 HERE. just a tip though OBS is very cpu hungry, haven't tried OBS w/ skyrim and i have not played skyrim on pc. i'm sure if you don't add a shit ton of mods you'll be fine.
