PLS better than AH-VA panel or the same

Hey guys, I am wondering if pls is better than ahva or are they the same?

Looking to buy a 27" 1440p korean monitor that is matte

I read that PLS is brighter than "regular" IPS panels

 

In terms of image quality, color reproduction and so on:

TN -> VA -> IPS (best)

Monitors aren't the same even if the basics are, AHVA I've only seen in a chepo acer WQHD panel.
