help with psu/psu upgrade

hi there im looking for help on upgradeing my graphics card my system specs

intel core i5-4440 GT 740 OC 8gb ram 1600mhz single channel wireless network card pcie 1x FSP group inc 500-60HNN PSU two led fans one basic fan

im looking for help on upgradeing my graphics card to a EVGA GTX 750ti ACX cooler and plan to overclock it... but will i go over 500watts of power if i do? and should i get a better psu ?

No its fine,that card is very efficient,as long as its a good PSU you're good to go  

 

What PSU do you have by the way?

Your current psu is fine. The system pulls under 200w at load.

also thanks for the welcome happy to be here 

and if i do need to upgrade my psu (if i do need to) ill go with the EVGA 600B also i plan to overclock the card and will the card be ok if i overclock it at full load ?

one more thing my current card Geforce GT 740 base clock core clock, 993 memory clock 2500. overclocked core clock +175, memory clock +80

It should be fine. But at model do u have anyways?
