Posted December 22, 2014 I made a post a bit ago about this build here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/262666-advice-about-a-build-suggested-to-me-by-a-redditor/ Here is my build in its current state: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/dirt/saved/JrCgXL Since then I have been given the evga gtx 980 superclocked acx 2.0. I am posting because i don't know which monitor to buy. I want to run video games at 1440p and 60fps. I am in New York State, and at this moment I have around 700$ that I could spend on a monitor, although i would like to spend less than that. I only need one monitor, and peripherals don't matter that much at this point. Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it.
 Posted December 22, 2014 ROG swift? or a non gsync one should put you under
Posted December 22, 2014 Author ROG swift? I was thinking about it, but it is a bit pricy. I was hoping to find something less pricy that still is a solid 1440p monitor. and oh i didn't think of a non gsync one. I will check that out. Thank you for the warm welcome! and thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely check that out. That was a very helpful suggestion because i really have a limited amount of knowledge of monitors, and i really only hear about monitors from LTTs. thanks.
