Asus display ghosting on steam

I just built my PC yesterday and I noticed a terrible ghosting on the steam client when I move the window, it doesn't happen on any other windows just the steam window, the only game I have on Steam right now is CS GO and there is also ghosting there but I also got World of Tanks which is not a steam game and there is no ghosting. Any ideas?

When I drag the window it drags a shadow like thing behind the edges it's very noticeable, this is far form minor, I think i'm gonna return it to micro center tomorrow and try my luck with another or a different monitor. I thought it was just steam but I'm noticing it in other places too
