It's definitely not the best, but it's perfectly fine for overclocking/sli as long as you don't push it to the limits 24/7.

so the PSU in my Sig, (corsair cx750m) i know its a "budget" psu, and it isnt the highest quality, but is it high quality enough to run say an SLI setup, or extreme overclocking of the CPU, or GPU and other stuff like that, obviously in the long run i wanna upgrade it to something 80+ gold with 100% jap caps and all that jazz, but is this one good????\

i spend in my PC about 8-10 hours a day, out of those i am stressing it by gaming like 4 hours, so yea i guess i will be fine

It's fine, but i wouldn't recommend SLI/CF with that CPU...
