okee so the psu and ssd came today and those were the last 2 parts needed to finish the build and now i finally get the psu hooked up to all the essential things and then it turns on and all the fans are going and lights come on, BUT there is an "FE" message on the little motherboard message sorta thing on the bottom and there was a red light in the top right corner basically saying no post. so then after that i try and fix a few cables, hook up the rest of the gpu cables so that i got 2 green led's from it and then when i went to power the pc on again, the fans spun a few times then it turned off.

Yeah, tried running the system out of the case, checked the cables, reseated the 8 pin and 24 pin, tried one RAM stick, checked the pins in the CPU socket. Also tried using the power button on the motherboard, and tried pushing the MEMOK button. One thing you might try @Swndlr is clearing the CMOS by taking out that little coin cell battery. I looked up the "FE" error code and it says "Failed to reach POST"

You say you tried one DIMM. However, did you swap that stick out for the other one? The other one could be dead.
