What will make my gpu run cooler

So I have a gtx 970 windforce g1 gaming edtion and will a 120mm rad like a krakem x31 make it run any cooler or will I need to better rad to get better temps and I also want it to be quieter with I think it will do

Why do you need it to run cooler? The 970 is already an extremely cool running GPU...

My temps are fine right now i just want to know will it make even cooler when i oc or just quieter cause my main reason is for noise but i want to know if it will help temps to?

The G1 cooler isn't loud. Set a custom fan curve with software like Msi Afterburner to lower the noise.
