Why the different memory?
I would suggest, either get 8GB or 16GB of the same model memory.
Also, is there a reason you went for an AMD build instead of an intel build?
Other than that it looks fine, even though a bit underpowered in the graphics region...

You can also spend another 50 for a gigabyte WF3 R9 290 for a lot more power
