Problems with LG G3

So I've been having a lot of problems with my LG G3 recently. I got it at the AT&T store close to my house. It crashes a lot and refuses to turn on sometimes. It also restarts for no reason. What should I do? Will AT&T replace the device? I haven't installed anything weird to make it have these issues.

It sounds like an issue with the ROM/software. Not sure why it would be doing that. See if AT&T will give you a new one, and if not, then root it and put a custom ROM on it.

I would try to see if you can duplicate the issue. 

 

I've had major issues with phones in the past, and so have many of my friends, but they just shrugged it off because "they cant see the problem. Heck, I have a hard enough time getting them to replace new phones I bought hours earlier because of screen problems that are clearly visible.

 

So, try and see if anything you do can make that happen. Also, do you know if its a common issue? The best they can do at three months is send in for warranty repairs, or, get a refurb with insurance.

I would try to restore it to factory settings, if you still have issues, its a hardware issue and you should take it into AT&T and try to get a new one.
