Can 600W handle 4690K OC?

Just wondering if my Corsair 600W can handle a 4690K overclock and how much?

Plus, would there be any room left for a GPU OC?

Here's my sprecifications:

Intel Core i5 4690K

ASRock Z97M Pro 4

Sapphire R9 290 Vapor-X

Corsair 600W

1 Hard Drive
