Going by the System you got on your profile.

 

Here are my suggestions:

SSD. It's night and day from HDD to SSD

1080P Monitor. Since you're already complaining about it.

2x4GB RAM. Since you're RAM is apparently "Bad Ram..."

NHD-D15. Then do some overclocking.

Since windows 10 will have some kind of subscription, it won't be easy to pirate if you are into that. Save it and buy windows 10.
