Simple program that will do this?

So, I'm kinda looking for a fairly simple program. Basically, I need a fullscreen clock, with the ability to show hours, minutes, seconds, and AM/PM, as well as a black background and the ability to change the font/color/size of said font. Extra features would be okay. Needs to be free, and work on XP and up. I'm watching a bunch of YouTube videos, and... Yeah. Thanks guys. :D

Sounds like rainmeter might have what you want

Rainmeter with nice theme will do it.

No... I need fullscreen as in... Fullscreen. Nothing else on the screen. Just a clock. ;)

Why not get a clock screensaver? Seems pointless to have a full screen application open as you won't be able to do anything with the machine (unless it sits bottom most). You want a full screen clock that runs behind everything while you're still using the computer?

The idea was to just open the application and not have to wait for it to display a screensaver.

 

And I want one that would just run fullscreen on the foreground (or whatever the right term is. Kind of like running a game in fullscreen where that's the only thing on the screen).

 

To go more in depth, I was thinking of running this on my netbook, which would sit to the side of my monitors fairly often, and I would be able to see what time it is far easier from my bed when I'm watching a movie or something.

Seems like a screensaver would be the best route.
