Best program for monitoring FPS?

Title says it all. I know of Fraps, but wanted to know what you guys thought was the BEST

I just use fraps, I think MSI has a thing too but I've used it maybe twice.

Hmm, okay. I think ill probably just go with Fraps if no one else gives any good suggestions. Thanks :)

Msi afterburner with riva tuner statistics. There is about 20 or so things you can monitor with an in game overlay, cpu usage per core temps per core, gpu temps,usage,voltage,clock speed, ect. Everything is at your disposal with it. Even the time in between frames.

Fraps and riva tuner can cause problems with steam overlay, just in case a problem occurs that may be why.

Never had problem with MSi Afterburner OSD. It can show over 9000 stats.

You might want to try overwolf. It's free anyway and it has an fps monitor. I found that it seemed to interfere with one game I have so I uninstalled but i would keep it otherwise. it has other nifty features like in-game Web browser.
