I noticed in my bios I can enable or disable PCIE 3. I'm wondering should I enable it? I had my pc for a year and never noticed. Is there a difference and do I need to uninstall gnu drivers or will it automatically take affect.

PCIE 3 as in PCI Express 3.0 or the 3rd PCIe slot?

For single GPU having PCIE 3.0 or 2.0 have no performance difference whatsoever. But if you planing to do dual cards then you would need it, so it would have the bandwidth.

Yes you will PCIE 3.0 Is the upgraded ver of PCIE 2.0 If you have it it is suppose to be ON As this feature is useful under some SLI Config's

Its just the bigger better ver If you have the option to turn it on then do so you should see some inprovement on SLI

I can't say it would be a huge difference, but I've seen maybe a 5% improvement? Better then nothing.
