AOL browser... or netscape navigator

Chrome is pretty zippy, but its gotten a bit bloated in recent years. In general, the lighter a brower is, the faster it'll be.

In terms of speed, I think Chrome or Firefox are pretty much both the fastest.

If you get easily offended by people on the Internet there is something really wrong with you. You focus on the opinions of a few people instead of worrying about why you have a terrible taste in video games.

Those still exist?

You could probably pirate a version if you really wanted to lol.

Fastest Web browser from benchmarks, but demands fast system and high resources: Chrome

Fastest Web browser being efficient on resources: Firefox.

Fastest Web browser on slow connections: Opera

Fastest Web browser that is energy efficient: IE11

Mobile platform, or slow desktop CPU, I highly recommend: Firefox.

For maximizing battery life, high DPI support, super fast and smooth touch experience: IE11 (yes. But the reason for that, is it's the only web browser that offers this. Chrome, Firefox and Opera high-DPI supports needs some work, and touch experience is not good. Not awful (I mean I use it), but not good. Needs more work)

Really it does not matter i find all 4 of the major browsers all run just as fast or its not a noticeable difference now days. I would look at the features.

Firefox will give you more control and customization and more privacy.

Google services will work better on there own browser and faster. On youtube you can get 60fps playback now only on chrome atm its coming to other though.

I would look at each one see which one you prefer really i would not pick a browser off speed now days it all depends on your pc also.

I'm trying Opera Dev right now, still not power efficient as IE11 but it's much better than Chrome.

Opera has weird problems though. Why is it running based off chrome but cant play 60fps videos?

Oh also last time i tried in less than month ago some sites would display in mobile forum they they opera was not a desktop browser...

thats the promblem i am having with it right now

Follow what I mentioned on my previous post.

The reality of things is that today, all web browsers are good, even IE11.

It just depends on your system and needs.

If there is a web browser that I didn't mention, like Maxthon, is that I don't know it to classify it. I have used all mentioned web browser on my post, and that is how I would classify them based on experience for. Now, if you want to consider add-ons, quality of add-ons, YouTube experience specifically, privacy policy, and so on, than that will change the classification.

Like I said, "best" is relative, they are many factors which each person values them differently.
