Motorola Customer Support Rant

I'm here to discuss Motorola's terrible customer support and help.

I had a 2nd Gen Moto X that had the back falling off. The were saying "do the return and exchange thing and get a NEW phone!" So I was like, alright. It takes them a month of dropped calls and no answers to get back to me and they ship me a phone that was loose in the shipping envelope, very dirty, and covered in scratches.

They won't give an answer as to why they'd even send something like this, instead they said to send that in and wait for another one.

What I really don't understand is, why would I have to still pay the $500 for the new device, yet have to keep a used device in poor condition?

Hell, I've seen people that turned in their busted Moto G and got a NEW Moto X for no extra charge. Yet they refuse to exchange a new moto x for one that their poor QA overlooked?

If it wasn't for their stock android at a low price, I wouldn't go back to them.

Have you guys had any bad experiences with them?

What are you talking about? My DROID RAZR got replaced, free of charge, since it had been dead for a while. I love their suppport.

Everytime I ask a question about the sevice or why they'd send a phone in such consition, they just go silent then blow me off.

I contacted them a few weeks back because my moto g 2 gen screen was warping (like when you touch a monitor) when i would lightly tapped. The dude said just send it back or try to get a replacement from best buy (bough it there) and if they don't let you just ship it to us. Very nice people in there chat thing.

Just because they're nice doesn't mean they're useful.
