Then ditch the Noctua sink, the stock intel cooler does a good job of keeping stock clocked processors cool.

I second the second one , also keep the cooler as yes the intel cooler is alright but i find it to be complete poop for cooling my i5 4460

I recently did I built for my mate in the 350D, with a 4460 on a stock cooler, and it was doing a really good job, I was surprised.

It sat at 60c on max and the 4460 and the 4690 have essentially the same heat output.

mine idles at around 50ish degrees
