At the moment I have 2 LG Flatron E2411 monitors which im not all that happy with and wanting to upgrade. I'm not really sure what to look for in a monitor spec wise, and having just 1 780ti im not sure the resolution/amount of monitors id be comfortable to run. I'd only ever game on 1 monitor, but would like atleast 2 maybe 3 just for the workspace for doing CAD drawings/video editing which I do quite frequently, probably 75-80% of the time compared to the occasional game.

Budget? not a clue as I dont know what monitors cost, but dont have a bottomless pit of money like we all wish we did.

Oh, for the little things, smaller bezels and able to fix to monitor stands as I have a stand already

Auxiliary displays use very few resources. As long as you aren't stretching games across multiple displays, you can add as many as your card can support without an issue.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

The BenQ BL2710PT would actually be perfect for your kind of work. You mentioned about CAD drawings and this monitor was pretty much designed with CAD/CAM users in mind.

Link: http://www.benq.com.au/product/monitor/bl2710pt/

PC Case Gear had that exact monitor in stock several months back for just AU$399. If you simply send them the provided link with your request for them to get that monitor in stock then they should do it. I've requested several things before and they've always got them in for me. So, it's worth a shot mate. :)

The initial launch price of the BenQ BL2710PT was around, I believe, US$1,000 - US$1,500, but then something happened and they dropped the price quite considerably, however, I can't remember what it was. I read it from a reliable source like PC Monitors or TFT Central.

It was 350 USD when I saw it, I almost bought it too. Decided not to and apparently it went up to 800!

Heck! Well according to Office Works you're right —> http://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/benq-bl2710pt-27-led-cad-cam-monitor-mmbqbl2710?searchTerm=bl2710pt

It was half price before, don't know what happened. I've never seen a product do that. :o

Well, the BL2710PT is definitely off of my list now haha. Back to fantasizing about the Dell U2515H. Those slim bezels.

Yeah, I thought about grabbing the gw. Did you get it yet, or no? Except there's something about slim bezels that I can't live without haha.

Nah, I haven't got it yet, plan to possibly get two of them next year with my build. :)

Well if slim bezels are your thing, but I thought you said that you wanted a decent good couple of displays for CAD drawing and video editing work?

Well, if you can live with the higher 2560x1440 resolution, you could go for 3 of these.
