What to do with extra drives?

I have an extra 80gb hard drive I was using as my hackintosh drive but I removed Mac OSX since I never used it, and I have another 80gb drive in a USB external enclosure. I was thinking there must be something I could do with both of them. I have 2tb, 1tb, and 300gb external drives so I have no need for them as an external drive. Should I set them up as a RAID 0 config and use for something (i'm not sure). I also have an ssd boot drive so a raid 0 boot drive won't help.

 

Any suggestions?

If its an IDE drive, use it as a drink coaster.

 

Or use it to store movies and songs

Don't use it as a drink coaster. Use it as a server drive for a old home server, etc.

Well if its an IDE interface, then theres not much you can do with it unless your MOBO has an IDE port

 

also the server drive is a pretty good idea

Well, get a PCIe to IDE host card. They're cheap.

true.. but its only 80 GB and ide cables are HIDEOUS.

I don't think they're hideous. If anyhing, I like them more than SATA cables.

They are selling on ebay for abou $5 so with ebays cut and shipping its not even worth it. I might just add them to my old computer and use them as a raid boot for that one if it supports raid
