$400 budget gaming pc help

so i made a build but i posted it and people said my GPU was bad and stuff so can some one make me a good $400 build but i cant do mail in rebaits becasue im getting this for christmas and my dad wont do thoes so it have to be $400 with no rebaits please. i would like to get all the parts off either newegg or amazon even if its cheaper someone else its the only paces my dad will oder from becase he has prime and newegg prmeir

Probably better off getting a console at this price.

im not expecting this giant monster gaming pc i want a pc so i can upgrade it when i get a job and a pc thats better then my 7 year old laptop im currently using
