Best brightness contrast sharpness ratio?

I just got a new monitor. I having trouble finding the best ratio, What is the best ratio for clarity and eye comfort? I also game a lot (cs go, lol, dota)

Uhm. Who knows. Every monitor is different, every person is also different.

It's different for every monitor...

 

I use 100% bright and 75% contrast, 50% contrast is much better but it's too dark for me.

It's going to depend on your specific display. Windows has a built in display calibrator that you go through and adjust your monitor settings to get them to best match a reference image. It's not the best, but it works.
