Far Cry 4 Terrible FPS

Oshtro

Title says it all, when running a single 980 i was getting about 75-80 fps and smooth gameplay. I recently upgraded to SLI and now I am not even getting half of that! Anyone know any way to fix this or is this a known FC4 issue?

Has anything else changed in your build since you were running FC4 well?

Try disabling SLI and see if you get a good framerate again. Also, make sure that you're using the same settings as you were before.

Sig under construction.

Knowing Ubisoft, it's their absolutely wonderful job porting it.

There are often problems with SLI configurations in some games. Are your drivers and game fully updated?

Ive reinstalled drivers and everything is updated, but im also apparently not getting as many frames as i should in pretty much all my games. About the only game that seems to have benefited so far is BF4, and that was only by about 30 fps. Maybe a complete nvidia reinstall?

disabling sli and running fc4 i got about 50 fps this time, which is still bad considering i was getting 80 not too long ago on same settings
