Are digital game codes region-locked?

In short:

- Just purchased a new GPU

- Comes with code for 3 free games (AMD Never Settle bundle)

- I don't want any of 'em

- I know it's legal to sell unused codes, like on eBay etc

- If I do, is it region locked?

 

I'm in Canada, so is it Canada only? North America only? Worldwide? etc

Usually its North American, Euro, Australian kind of specific, not individual country. You really dont want any of the games?

Most of the time they are locked, I'm not entirely sure if it's legal to sell them, but most people do on places like G2A.

Usually the region lock for Canda is NA (north america).

Weird. I asked in their forum and they said it was fine, and eBay says it's allowed. Whatever lol.

They usually lock them if the price difference is too massive. Russia, EURO/NA, Asia/Pacific is what I often see being sold on the grey market sites.
