Geforce 256 fan has siezed

I've recently decided to clean and rebuild my old computer, and I've discovered that the fan on the graphics card has siezed. The motor still works as it twitches when the computer starts, but since it overheats I'm having to rely on the stealth 3 that it replaced. Is there a way fix it or should I just replace the whole fan/heatsink unit.

I'm pretty sure you could rig something up or find a replacement on ebay

You could try taking the fan apart and using some WD40 on it and trying to get it to spin... but seeing as how I have no actual idea what a GeForce 256 is, I'm going to assume it's immensely old and probably not worth trying to get an actual replacement... they should be hard to find O_O.

Remove the fan, then remove the sticker on the back of the fan(and any dust cap), then use spray lube like Tri flow to lubricate the bearing(or WD-40 if you are that kind of person, lol). Spin the fan with your hand to work in the lubricant and add more if necessary(a little goes a long way). Then reverse your disassembly process.

WD-40 that thing, douse it real well, let it sit for a bit, and try rotating the fan.
