control panel-->system and such-->administrative tools-->computer management-->storage-->disk management

There you find your SSD (disk0, or 1 or whatever), but if you get there, you should get a pop-up guiding you through further.

You will see a page like this
 

 

Only for the SSD it will say "Unallocated Space". Just double click (or right-click, format) and follow the wizard.

this is what i see

i tried to double click and nothing happened. 

I also right clicked but i didnt know what to select when i right clicked

You should be able to create a new partition by selecting the unallocated drive that extra 223.57GB is your intel 530 ssd.Right click on it and select create a simple volume then...next...next...done...
