Disk filled while winrar was extracting file now can't find the file.

So that's it I was extracting files and it failed because the disk filled but the files are still there. I've been trying to find the files for awhile now but I still can't find it. Is there a way to get failed file? If so where should it be?

Usually (keyword USUALLY, not ALWAYS.) it's located in a folder, named something like "Rar$EXa0.858" in %TEMP%. Literally open Explorer or the start menu, type "%temp%" and press enter. Then look for a folder with a name something like the example.

Then it probably destroyed the file/s it was extracting.

Yup this is exactly what happens. I learned this the hard way.

It didn't because the ssd still has the storage space of the file shown on it.
