I've seen worse but holy shit this is unbalanced

The psu is completely stupid. But tbh for the rest, it could be worse... An a4 for example xD

It'll probably get you more performance with an Athlon and a more expensive GPU than an APU and dual graphics.

True, but some people are wacky... And if you bought an APU and didn't plan on gaming, but you decided to, it's a lot better to go with CF than change your whole rig...

I think that 9 apple 5k monitors would be very suitable for the gt610

So not only did he pick a GPU that the rest of the system can't support but he only picked the worst 770 out of all of the major brands...Impressive.
