Manage 3D settings > Global Settings > Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA) set it to on

Allright no thanks to people here, I already figured it out.

 

And im not gonna be a dick like 99,99% of other people on the internet, and not tell you how to "fix" it

Just enable 2x msaa in the game and it will look like 4x if you have mfaa enabled.

Then maybe your title should be "MFAA not enabling." Anyways, after disabling AA and disabling MFAA in the control panel, does the game look any different?

If it's enabled in the Nvidia settings, its enabled in game. The game still says MSAA, but Nvidia graphics settings override and use MFAA. Kinda weird, but that's how it is.

Protip: applying higher levels of "MSAA" in game will double MFAA quality, provided that MFAA is compatible with the game.

 

Edit: I see you've solved your problem. Seriously though, you posted this not even a half hour ago... Don't act like the community failed you when you didn't give it the time to act.
