Steam won't start! HEEELP!

When I try to launch steam it says all the usuall stuff (veryfying update, so forth). Then it says "logging i to account: warot22" as usuall, and then "updating account information", and then nothing. Nothing happends. Not even some .dll missing messege or a warning for some lack of a .exe. Just nothing. I've tried reinstalling twice, first without uninstalling SteamApps, but it didn't work, so I uninstalled that to, and reinstalled again. Still the same thing.

 

 

PLEASE! For the love of GabeN, save me from this missery and lack of joyfull games to enjoy!

did you try seeing if there is a steam process open and killing it, than trying to start steam again?

There is a way to do this, right click and select something

that tends to do it for me
