5820k temp question

Is 40-50 idle good with a 3.8ghz clock speed. I have just done the system so the thermal paste hasn't fully dried yet. But is that considered expectable. I only have one fan going on my NHD-14 2011 also. The voltage is 1.099v. Which seems really low also. My max out temps never exceed 61C. Still with only 1 fan going on it's lowest speed.

Thermal paste is not supposed to dry. If it does then you know it is a piece of crap.

non-curing thermal paste is the stuff that works best...
