Non bulky USB 3.0 internal extension?

Anyone know where I can find a non bulky USB 3.0 20pin male/female extension?

For example:

@W-L, @Quantum64, so $21 or $15 for a small cheap cable? Bit pricey.

Yeah... couldn't find a cheaper one.  It's a bit of a novelty item so it's probably not mass produced, hence the price.

Unfortunately, USB 3.0 cables are more expensive than USB 2.0 cables and since it's a low profile one there isn't really a high demand for a cable like that, I personally like the ideal of using one of those low profile ones much cleaner.

If you are able to round up some parts and are handy at soldering you could make your own since they are just direct copper extension:

Maybe... I'll see how my bulky one looks first and if I want to take the time.
