Posted November 8, 2014 So I just picked up the game yesterday, I'm able to run the game at max setting silky smooth except in the cutscenes. Posted November 8, 2014 Maybe your HDD can't keep up with the read speed? Didn't play it yet so... It's downloading on Steam atm. I think it was pretty obvious, I asked about an issue on the PC version and I mentioned two friends that have the game, why do you think I even mentioned them in first place?
