They do the same as Amazon. Make the regularly price seems higher than it actually is.

Usually tons of things have much much higher MSRP than actually get sold for, they may never even be priced at the MSRP tbh.

 

Loads of sites do it because people see "oh my gosh 200$ off!" when in actually, it's the normal price for the product.

 

 

A bit dumb, but most of the time the MSRP really is that high.
