A 750ti will work with literally any normal computer PSU, I wouldn't worry about it

amount of electric charge per unit time. or 1 coulomb per sec. power = voltage * current

Amps or amperes measures electric current... Basically how much electricity can your psu pump out.

Guys My GTX 750Ti is asking 400W&20 Amps, what is this AMPS? I have this PSU --->> Please Help Me out !! :unsure: :unsure:

Amps is the unit of current. 

 

Basically amp*voltage = watt. It's just a recommendation to make sure enough power is being delivered on the 12v rail to power it.
