So 850 pro offers total 50TB of read and write,40GB perday over 10 year period. We read data more than we write, right?.I mean if I play 2 games which takes up space of total 100gb?.Is that SSD gonna die soon?

No, it will last you "forever" -- you'll be replacing it with something better long before it goes bad.

/It's writing which "damages" ssds.

P.s. the same will be true with the 840 Evo or MX100 (or pretty much any other decent ssd on the market)

Actually even writing isnt a problem:

Many/Some SSDs will even handle up to 1000 TB write.

People say that they should start making m2 ports SSD,but those are already available?

The Plextor M6e...something already exists, but its twice as expensive and only a bit faster.

A bit more relevant, up to 1500 Tb

Reads are unlimited with flash memory (tech inside ssds) so you can read as much as you can. Writing does hurt SSDs lifespan, but you'd have to hammer it very hard for it to die any time soon.

Bottom line: even a "slow user grade SSD" such as the 840 EVO/MX100 etc will most likely not die on you because you have reached the limits of writes on the drive.

You'll probably need a better SSD (SATA Express, for example) or a bigger SSD before your "old" one dies so I don't really see the point of buying expensive SSDs if you're not using it for professional meanings.
