Need help picking a CPU

Hello. Can anyone provide a link to a PCPartPicker list for a PC that can run Skyrim or DR3 or games close to that on high or medium settings for about $550 or $600. I really need it on pc partpicker. And I do need a network card or a built in one. Thanks, Zentorno

Location? Other Uses? Do you need Peripherals, monitor os?
