The supplied thermal paste is more than adequate.

Just use what it came with, it'll be fine. Unless you really want that thermal paste, I've heard Noctua's thermal paste is good.

Depends what CPU Cooler. If it's just a Hyper 212 then it doesn't matter, don't waste money on expensive thermal paste on a mid-range cooler.

the only time to buy thermal paste separate is when you plan on doing extreme overclocking, but other then that don bother supplied is good enough
