How are we supposed to know what framerate you're getting if you dont press F3...

 

Is this the latest version of minecraft 1.8?
Are you using the latest version of java 1.8 64bit?

Check your MSI Afterburner for the FPS limiter

If you have RivaTuner, you should check that FPS limiter also.

Make sure you are using a 64 bit version of Java, turn v-sync off, turn max frame rate on, and see if that works.

Edit: I checked the video and saw that you already did that, check you Java version though or turn off MSI Afterburner completely and check.

     I have been getting bad fps in minecraft. All the infro is in this vid I posted https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fIck5DhIag&feature=youtu.be . I have an r9 270 and i5 4690. Is there anything i can do about this problem? Thanks.

Do you have enough RAM? Check RAM allocation to Java.

Check your *single-core* CPU usage. 

Note that VSync caps your FPS at the max refresh of your monitor, so you should disable that and see.

Please type it out in the post next time It's difficult to go back and see what you have/haven't done if you say it in a video.

Realistically you don't want to use 100% of your GPU since that'll draw more power, create more heat and shorten the lifespan of your system.
