Google Chrome did not close correctly.

theam123

Hello guys

As for the title you might have noticed my issue already.

Everytime I close my computer and my chrome (of course) and when I reopen it, it tells me that it did not close correctly, eventho I closed chrome manually before shutting down my computer.

Can you tell me what to do, please. Thank you

I would go to appdata/local/google/chrome/user/      and delete your profile.

I'm pretty sure that is the location of the chrome profile.

This will delete all the information from your chrome browser. It will basically act as a new browser.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.

I had that a lot when I was using chrome, it really doesn't matter because it doesn't effect anything. They'll probably do something about it 10 updates from now or something.

Should I delete the entire "User data" Or something specific inside of it?

Entire, because you don't know exactly the problem. If you did then you could find it and do something specific about it.

If this helped please mark answered.

However, you should probably make a backup or just rename the current folder so you can go back if you need to.

Maybe too late.

Sig under construction.

No problem, but in the future if you delete your profile it is exactly the same as reinstalling.

(Mostly)
