I don't think so... the FX 5800 is A LOT worse than that! no kidding... that's a real leaf blower. At least the sound level is like that.

Don't forget the GTX480 and 95°C was actually quite good, if you quad-sli them they would overheat and shutdown, afaik the only graphic card setup with 4 cards that overheated with stock coolers. And not forget to mention you probably need more than 1200w if you want to run that under load.
