Dual-tower 140MM CPU Coolers: Which one is worth it?

I am looking around for a CPU cooler for one of my various PCs, and I have come upon a difficult decision. I want a dual-tower 140MM cooler, but I don't know which one to go with. Cheaper for me is better, but my choice seems to have been narrowed down to the NH-D14, NH-D15 and Dark Rock Pro 3, seeing as I think the Phanteks cooler is too ugly. The socket is LGA 1155, and it needs to dissipate at least 200W.

Location is New York, preferred retailers are Amazon, Micro Center, Best Buy, NCIX and Newegg and my budget is under $75. Will stretch if I need to.

Main Rig: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) KLEVV CRAS XR RGB DDR4-3600 | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX | Storage: 512GB SKHynix PC401, 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 2x Micron 1100 256GB SATA SSDs | GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra 10GB | Cooling: ThermalTake Floe 280mm w/ be quiet! Pure Wings 3 | Case: Sliger SM580 (Black) | PSU: Lian Li SP 850W

Server: CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Crucial DDR4 Pro | Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES | Storage: 128GB Samsung PM961, 4TB Seagate IronWolf | GPU: AMD FirePro WX 3100 | Cooling: EK-AIO Elite 360 D-RGB | Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow (White) | PSU: Seasonic Focus GM-850

Miscellaneous: Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro (i5-8500T/16GB/512GB), Lenovo ThinkCentre M715q Tiny (R5 2400GE/16GB/256GB), Dell Optiplex 7040 SFF (i5-6400/8GB/128GB)

Eeh, the D14/15 isn't worth the hugeness over the U14S IMO

Considering the cooling constraints, the NH-D14/5/Dark Rock Pro 2/3/R1 Ultimate is necessary over something like the U14S/Dark Rock 3, seeing as the CPU will be likely pulling 180W+ heat -- no small task for a small cooler.

The issue is, this answer tells me nothing.

Why the D15? Does it cool significantly better? Or is it little improvement over the NH-D14 (which costs $25 less may I add.)

I'd go Noctua for the better mounting hardware. As for which one to get, I'd get whichever is the cheapest.

The u14s is also good to consider due to the slimmer profile but at the cost of lower performance.

It cools a good bit better: http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/noctua_nh-d15_review/6

I was considering Noctua's top-notch hardware. They really do a good job.

The only thing that irks me is the color and the appearance of the top fin. I guess Noctua aren't popular for the design.

Anywho, I will likely end up with the NH-D14 due to the price. Does Noctua specify how much heat (in terms of TDP) the NH-D14 can dissipate as be quiet! do with the Dark Rock Pro 3?

I don't see a TDP spec on their website but what QuietPc lists is quite interesting.. http://www.quietpc.com/nh-d14

Then again, I don't really care too much about the TDP spec and would rather look at benchmarks.

It cools moderately better then a D14 but apparently brings better RAM compatibility
