Depends on how far you end up overclocking it honestly. But im sure it will do well.

with that cooler, most cpus can OC + 1 ghz

Why not just Google 5820K OC or something and try to find some benchmarks? 

 

I could tell you I think it'll hit 6.2GHz which would be total BS but that wouldn't matter because I'd be my opinion.
