Each side of the ram will have a clip like lever thingy. You want to push both sides down away from the ram and it will allow you to remove the memory.

It only has one clip. The end that has no switch isn't coming out.

it's a clip and they are these, the ones on the side of the ram slot

I've only seen one mobo without a side of switches. Check that there is no glue/any obstructions that would prevent you from removing the stick. Wiggle the side that does have a switch. When that side comes loose, then tilt and lift

If possible, take a picture of the DIMM slot for future reference to others

Is the right side a switch?

It is possible it could have an edge on one side you slide the ram into than clip in the other side? but I have never seen it myself. If that is the case try lightly pulling it the opposite side of the side that is stuck. Also please provide the motherboard model.

It's not a switch, it's an arm to hold the ram in place. There shoul dbe one on both sides. Maybe yours broke off? The white tabs on each side of the ram slot are what we are talking about.

Guys please... there many motherboards out there that only have the movable lever on one side only, while the other side is fixed.
