GPU OC help?

  Ok, i know most people will roll their eyes till they fall on the floor (sorry for that )

   But i haven't OC'd my 780.

Reason:

how do I overclock?

  And what performance benefits will i really be seeing?

  I have Precision X 16

 

  Sorry if someone has already asked this (probably has been asked before ) but I really need help, and most of those topics are old.

Open afterburner, raise clock speed.

Don't think overclocking is that necessary.. Anyway, Linus's Titan Overclocking Guide is a good start.

Precision x16 is what I use too. Get unigine heaven or valley and run the benchmark. Raise the core by 25 and keep benchmarking until you see artifacts and then back it back down until they go away again.
