Apple iPad mini 3 is completely the same as iPad mini 2!

This completely unacceptable! The only thing that's different is the fact that the iPad mini 3 has Touch ID. Not to mention that the price is a $100 higher.

It's the same price as the ipad mini 2 WAS. So....not really more expensive, its just that the mini 2 got discounted. Although, I do agree it's really stupid that the only difference is the touch id.

It's probable due to the fact that they have the ginormous iPhone 6 Plus, so the iPad mini 3 isn't really a focus anymore.

Would have made it seem like less of a generational improvement as opposed to calling it iPad Mini 3. Makes people think that it's an A8 (I did at first)

They change the number in the product name to get people to 'upgrade' to something that is not better.
